Velocent Systems was founded in 2005 by a group of key engineers from Lucent. This group was responsible for the development of the mobile packet core for Lucent. We realized that as the flow of data increased in mobile networks, operators' traditional methods of understanding network quality and customer experience were not adequate.
We designed OneVuTM to achieve several goals:
• Develop the industry's most accurate KPIs of customers actual Quality of Experience
• Provide granular data covering every user down to the sub-context and service class
• Address the most common problems seen by customer service and network engineering
• Deliver real-time, actionable information to smart networks (e.g. PCRF, Video Optimizer) and
